DISCOVERY MEETING

Each project starts with a no-charge preliminary consultation with the client at the property. This is a chance to discuss the project live and take the brief from you. We will find out more about you and your thoughts/ suggestions for the project, your preferences, timeline and your budget. We will work with you to shape a comprehensive brief and recognise your design penchants.

DETAIL DESIGN

Once all the fundamentals and the concept design is agreed upon with the client, the project moves to the element design and specification stage. We prepare a synchronized, fully-detailed, technical structure pack for the project.

PROCUREMENT

Once the detailed design has been approved, a comprehensive cost proposal is offered to the client. This details the cost of each discrete component, per room and then a full project total.

CONCEPT DESIGN

The discovery meeting helps us prepare a consent to shape further discussions. We produce mood boards to establish colour schemes, wall texturing, furnishings and window treatments, amongst others.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We are very hands-on when it comes to project management and supervise your project on-site on a regular basis. Any matters that require further discussions are raised to your attention promptly and are resolved appropriately and realistically to continue the plan.

DRESSING AND HANDOVER

With structure and beautification complete, we arrange a full site clean before installing any window treatments and carpets. We then organize the delivery and placement of all furniture and furnishings. We often style home accessories at this phase to create a finished look and we can dress your new interiors with your prevailing treasures, to give each room your private stamp. Your dream home is now ready.
